Another World世外

In Another World — a realm between human life and the afterlife — a spirit guide meets a young ghost weighed down by immense suffering, and vows to spend a thousand reincarnations helping her overcome the evil growing from her pain. The film pairs a hand-drawn spirit world with intense action, made at the scale of an international team.

ROBOTOFU's CHENG WEIZHI joined the Hong Kong production as a 3D Generalist. Invited partway through production, he moved from Taipei to Hong Kong to join a highly disciplined team, assembling the layouts frame by frame and bringing them to motion. The team discovered him through his previous work, including Pigsy.

In 2026 he spoke alongside director Tommy Ng and art director Step C at the Another World behind-the-scenes talks in Taipei, sharing "the production journey of a mid-production artist" and the 3D-to-2D rendering and 3D-to-Adobe ACEScg workflow.

在人間與死後之間的「世外」，引魂使者遇見背負巨大苦痛的小鬼，並立誓以千次輪迴陪伴她化解從痛苦中滋生的惡。《世外》以手繪質感的靈界世界觀與跨國團隊的製作規模，結合奇幻動畫與強烈動作場面。

ROBOTOFU 的程威誌以 3D 通才（3D Generalist）身分加入香港製作團隊。他在製作中途受邀，從台北帶著行囊前往香港，加入分工明確、紀律嚴謹的團隊，負責把原畫 Layout 逐格組合並讓畫面動起來。導演團隊是透過他過去的作品（包括《八戒：決戰未來》）認識並邀請他加入。

2026 年，程威誌與導演吳啓忠、美術指導張小踏一同在台北的《世外》幕後製程講座擔任講者，分享「一位中間創作者的製作旅程」，並公開 3 渲 2 以及 3D 軟體到 Adobe ACEScg 的工作流程。
